Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why don't you offer more pick ups?
A. We want your coach trip to be as enjoyable as possible and believe this means not spending hours driving around numerous pick-ups in Kent. We therefore strive to keep the amount of time on the coach to a minimum.

Q. Do all your coaches have seatbelts?
A. Yes. Here at Crosskeys, we take safety very seriously. All coaches have seatbelts are either 2 or 3 point. These are checked regularly.

Q.What Travel Insurance do you sell?

We no longer sell Travel Insurance, however we are happy to refer HolidayExtras

Q. How much luggage can I bring on the coach?
A. Obviously space on the coach is limited and passengers are asked to restrict their luggage to one medium sized suitcase per person plus small hand luggage that can be taken on the coach. On all European tours using a night crossing, you will need a small over-night bag as your cases will stay locked in the coach until arrival at your first hotel.

Q. Are entrance fees included for things like theme parks, country houses and museums?
A. We specifically state where entrance fees and other charges are included in the tour price.

Q. What types of coaches do you operate?
A. Most of the Crosskeys coaches are Bova Executives or Setra coaches. The vehicles have air conditioning, hot and cold drink dispensers, toilets, reclining seat, DVDs and seatbelts. We have a 16 seat minibus, 49 and 55 seat coaches and 70 seat coaches with rows of 3+2.

Q. Can I use my supermarket card points for theme park and other entry tickets?
A. Yes, contact the office and we can give you a coach only price.
