Front Cover Photograph Competition Terms and Conditions

With our new Day Trips Brochure (Aug-Dec 2019) coming out soon we knew we wanted to show off the very best of Folkestone. And, so we thought what better way than to have the lovers of Folkestone to make it happen.

We are looking for photographs (high resolution, 300 DPI minimum) that you have taken that shows the exciting seaside town we are part of.

The winner will not only see their photograpgh as the front cover of Crosskeys Day Trips Brochure (Aug-Dec 2019), but also will receive £50 Crosskeys Voucher. 

To enter, email your photograpgh to info@crosskeys.uk.com stating your interest, subject 'Front Cover Competition', your full name and contact details. 

Deadline to enter is: Monday 10th June 2019

Please read the terms & conditions below. 

1. The promoter is: Crosskeys Coaches Ltd (company no. 4459956) whose registered office is at Crosskeys Business Park, Caesars Way, Folkestone, Kent CT19 4AL
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Crosskeys Coaches Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via sending your full name, contact details, stating your interest in the competition and a high resolution (300 DPI minimum) photograph of Folkestone (this must be your own photograph) to info@crosskeys.uk.com
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be Monday 10th June 2019 After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. Crosskeys Coaches Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Crosskeys Coaches Ltd’s Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Crosskeys Coaches Ltd.
2. Crosskeys Coaches Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. The prize is as follows: The winning image will be chosen as the main image for the upcoming Crosskeys Day Trips August-December 2019 Brochure. The image will be used throughout the campaign (print & online – edited & original) for the Crosskeys Day Trips August-December 2019 Brochure. The photographer of the image will be given credit within the Crosskeys Day Trips August-December 2019 Brochure. There will be no cash value for the image.
4. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Crosskeys Coaches Ltd reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winners will be chosen: by panel of judges appointed by Crosskeys Coaches Ltd
6. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Crosskeys Coaches Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Crosskeys Coaches Ltd will notify the winner on the next stages
8. Crosskeys Coaches Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Crosskeys Coaches Ltd and not to any other party. 14. Some additional Terms and Conditions which you might wish to include if relevant:

• Crosskeys Coaches Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
• Crosskeys Coaches Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
